Engineering before everything
We start with the physics — load, thermal, geometry, materials — and let the spec emerge from there, not the other way around.
About Ajanex
Ajanex designs and manufactures motors for domestic appliances and engineers custom electromechanical systems for industrial and advanced technology applications.
Our story
Ajanex was founded with a simple conviction: a motor that's right for the application is more valuable than a motor that's cheap on the shelf. Most appliance failures, noise complaints, and efficiency problems trace back to a motor that wasn't designed for its actual duty cycle.
We focus on motors for India's most common appliances — coolers, fans, chimneys, and exhaust systems — and we engineer custom motors and electromechanical sub-assemblies for industrial and advanced technology applications.
Our work spans the full motor lifecycle: specification, concept design, prototyping, validation, production support. The same team stays with the project end to end.
What we believe
We start with the physics — load, thermal, geometry, materials — and let the spec emerge from there, not the other way around.
From concept to production handoff, the same team owns the outcome. Fewer handoffs, faster iterations, clearer accountability.
Designs are validated against the real environment they'll run in — voltage swings, ambient temperature, dust, run hours.
Why Ajanex
Every motor is designed around your real load profile, thermal environment, and acoustic target — not a catalog default.
Electromagnetic, thermal, and acoustic design are optimised simultaneously — not sequentially. Better motors, fewer trade-offs.
Prototype build, bench instrumentation, and real-world duty cycle testing before any commitment to production tooling.
From 30 W cooler and fan motors through to 5 kW custom industrial drives — one engineering team across the full power range.
Spec-driven white-label motors and volume production programs — with the same engineering accountability from concept to delivery.
Specification, concept design, prototype, validation, and production handoff — the same team owns the outcome from brief to delivery.
